This is PERFECT for you if you want a truly turnkey service. Ginet Casido Interiors will design and coordinate everything from concept to purchasing, installation, and that HGTV “reveal” moment.
To qualify for full-service design: Furnishings and other design-related goods must be sourced and purchased through Ginet Casido Interiors, as well as use of our trusted and licensed contractors.
Design Fee starts at $6000.
This is PERFECT for you if you need a personalized, thoughtfully designed space, and willing to execute the design plan. We produce the ENTIRE DESIGN, but you handle the purchasing and project management on your own.

The design of a furnished room with furniture, rug, light fixtures, wall decor, and accessories. This is for those who prefer our design expertise without the thorough, creative process of the luxury design service. You can execute the design plan at your own pace. Furnishings will be sourced from a personalized, shoppable online link. Though we cannot guarantee goods will be available when you are ready to purchase, we will make sure they are upon delivery of design. A PDF of the design packet will be delivered two weeks after signing contract and paying design fee. Included are the following:
This is for those who prefer our design expertise, but want to pick and choose services at their own pace. A La Carte Design Service options include space planning, as well as selections of Whole Home Window Treatments, Whole Home Flooring, Whole Home Decorative Lighting, Bathroom Materials, and Kitchen Materials. A custom option is also available!

Up to 2-hour meeting through Google Meet. This is an opportunity for you to pick my “design brain” in a high-level or we can discuss the scope of work for further design services.
Meeting will start with approximately a 30-minute presentation by Ginet Casido Interiors detailing our services.
Followed by up to a 1.5-hour consultation. We will review the Client & Project Questionnaire, then you’ll walk me through your home, and you can ask me as many questions as you want in the rest of the allotted time. Within 48 hours, Ginet Casido Interiors will email you a Consultation Summary. If further design services are desired, the design fee is accounted for in the contract.
Please note, we work based on the agreed-upon project investment using our complimentary Project Investment Guide. There are no surprises at the design presentations!
