The design fee is based on the scope of the project. It can apply to either COMPLETE FURNISHINGS SELECTIONS or COMPLETE BATHROOM/KITCHEN MATERIALS SELECTIONS. We implement the first three phases of our five-phase process. The same attention-to-detail is applied in the design, without Ginet Casido Interiors handling the project management.

Programming Phase:

During the Discovery Call, we will schedule the virtual design consultation (up to 1.5 hours included in the pricing). You will then be emailed the following to complete at least a two days before the consultation:

• Client Questionnaire
• Project Investment Guidelines
• Estimated Overall Investment

Concept Development Phase:

If we feel we’re a good fit for each other and the project, Ginet Casido Interiors will schedule a proposal meeting, where we will present the contract to you. Two to four weeks after you sign the contract and pay the design fees, the Design Concept Presentation meeting will take place. Ginet Casido Interiors will present and hand the following to you in a PDF packet:

• Design Concept Statement
• Concept Collages
• 2-D Drawings of existing floor plans, proposed floor and space plans
• Proposed color scheme
• Initial ideas for furnishings, fabrics, materials, color palette, etc.

One round of revisions is allowed (usually toward color scheme or layout). Final approval of design concept and estimated overall investment is required before start of next phase.

Design Development Phase:

Four to six weeks after final approval of design concept, the Detailed Design Presentation will take place. Ginet Casido Interiors will present and hand the following to you in PDF packets:

• 2-D Drawings of floor plans, ceiling plan (if applicable), space plans, & elevations (if applicable)
• Room Design Boards
• Goods Specification Schedule
• Overall Project Investment Schedule

One round of revisions is allowed (usually toward furnishing selections). Final approval of the design is required for completion of service.
