The GC Shop is an online store of curated designer home goods shipped directly to you from the manufacturer using SideDoor.
WHAT ARE DESIGNER HOME GOODS?
Designer home goods are products exclusive to designers and retailers in the interior design industry. Goods consist of furniture and décor curated by Ginet Casido Interiors.
WHAT IS SIDEDOOR?
SideDoor is the online tool we use to run the shop. All orders are secure and fulfilled by SideDoor. They handle the logistics, delivery, and customer service for all orders.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We are not able to take returns or exchanges since items are shipped directly from the manufacturer. Therefore all sales are final unless items are damaged in transit.
WHAT IF AN ITEM IS DAMAGED UPON ARRIVAL?
Inspect all items immediately upon delivery. If an item is damaged, contact SideDoor customer service.
ARE THERE ANY LEAD TIMES?
Everything is ready to ship in four weeks or less, unless otherwise noted. Orders can be placed for backordered items, but the lead time will be noted.
HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY ITEM(S) SHIP?
Correspondence via email with SideDoor will occur regarding the progress of your order, including when items ship. Furniture is shipped via a freight carrier. The freight carrier will call you when your furniture is ready to schedule a delivery date.
HOW IS SHIPPING AND HANDLING CALCULATED?
There are no extra fees for shipping and handling as they are included in the item prices displayed.
